Saturday night had an awesome turn out for Palm Harbors bike fest! If you didn't know about it, well you missed a great event! There were plenty of vendors, I bought a very nice long sleeve shirt from one spot and an hat from another. There were so many bikes packed into one area! I have never actually been to that side of town so this was a great excuse to venture out.
I live in Tampa and decided to hop on my Bandit and ride over to Palm Harbor. I had no clue it was straight down Hillsborough Ave. When I got there around 7pm it was already crowed and the motorcycles that were entered into the bike show were all lined up. All of the bikes that entered the show were all unique in their own special way. It is amazing how different each one is in their own way.
So I have come to a tradition of picking out my bike of the night to post here on the website. So after looking at all of the bikes there was one in particular that caught my attention and I wanted to know more about it.
My bike of the night is a creation by Erik from New Port Richey.
If you notice he had his bike painted with the scrubbing bubbles characters. The detail on this bike is amazing and there is so much chrome even the windshield is chrome. It really is a "clean" bike. I wouldn't expect anything less with scrubbing bubbles!
The detail is phenomenal.
Even the back cover was made exceptionally well! Not to mention the actual seat was stitched with the scrubbing bubbles character. My pictures (taken on my camera phone) don't do the bike justice. Who would have thought to make their bike like this.
This is an 2007 Hayabusa and while Hayabusa's are not my favorite type of motorcycles this by far is the coolest one I have ever seen. The paint job was done by Soft Touch Studios.
That night Erik won 1st place in the sports bike division for his scrubbing bubbles. He also has tattoos of scrubbing bubbles on his upper arms! I stated that he is a walking billboard for the product. He mentioned that he is in touch with the marketing company in charge of the scrubbing bubbles and that he sent them pictures of his motorcycle.
Well being that I am a student studying Advertising, Design & Marketing & a motorcycle enthusiast, I really hope the company uses him and his motorcycle to incorporate in their next marketing ploy. The motorcycle industry is a huge market and I've yet to see a company that has nothing to do with motorcycles actually use one in their campaigns.
Good luck Erik hope it all works out. It was nice to meet you and congratulations on winning first place. Hope to see you at future shows.

Bike Night at Quaker Steak & Lube
So last night was bike night at the Lube and I wanted to go. I had class till about 5:45 and then headed home to let my dog out and get my motorcycle. It was slightly chilly but not to bad. I was riding by myself over the Howard Franklin bridge and it was a little windy but not as bad as I thought it would be. However when I took the exit for 118th it was even colder on that road.
I was hanging out at the Full Throttle tent most of the night and I met a lot of new people. There was a big turn out last night and a lot of nice looking bikes. I walked around for a little while and I saw something different, a guy had attached a small rope light to his helmet and made a cool design with it. It was really neat, and one way to make people see you more at night!
There was one bike that had a very night paint job that I liked very much out of all the bikes. So my bike of the night would have to be:
Thank you to all who came out!

First official day!
Well today marks my first official day working with Florida Full Throttle. Before hand I was an intern working for school credit. I am so excited and we have so many things to work on and reshape. At some point in our life most of us experience a job that we don't exactly want to roll out of bed for. I have had many of those experiences but it seems as though things are starting to change for me.
Working at Florida Full Throttle is exciting, there is always something interesting going on and the staff is so nice and fun. Not to mention I am an avid motorcycle rider and I am very much into social media and web. It is awesome that I get to mix the two!
They like me so much I even got a hat! Be on the look out for some of our new gear including hats like what I am wearing. Don't forget to mark you calendar for Full Throttle's 14th anniversary party. For more info check out Full Throttle's 14th Anniversary .
I look forward to suggestions about the website, we want to know what our readers are looking for. If you would like to advertise your business/website on our site please contact either Tony at tonyc@floridafullthrottle.com or myself at fullthrottleads@gmail.com.
Have a great week!

Weekend Fun
Hello everyone,
Tonight I have plans to visit www.tampabaygp.com I have never been there and I am really looking forward to checking this place out. I am a thrill seeker for the most part and love just getting on my motorcycle and going where ever the road may lead. I love speed and what better way to experience the thrill than Tampa Bay Grand Prix. Friday is ladies night so if your looking for something different give them a try!
As for Saturday I am hosting a Scentsy Party. I am an Independent Consultant for Scentsy and for over a year I have bought Scentsy before deciding to sign up. I finally signed up this past September and I have been doing well! I have a fundraiser going for a school for Autistic children. I am donating all of my commission to the school so please feel free to take a look and place an order. www.bu2erfly.com

More to come
Hello everyone,
Some of you may already know me but for those of you who don't then allow me to introduce myself. I am Stephanie and a few months back I interned at Florida Full Throttle. I am currently in school for Advertising and Design and I love magazines and approached Florida Full Throttle with the idea of being an intern with them. In doing so I have learned a lot about how the magazine operates. Now I will be working with Full Throttle on a more permanent basis.
Also I am the one who built the new website. I have never actually created websites until the beginning of this year and I am really into website design. While I know there are still some issues with the website I am learning as I go. Please feel free to comment about the website, I want to know what you think or what you would like to see.
